We use only the finest of local ingredients in our dishes. Only ONE item on our menu is not indigenous to Ireland, our wine. Every other ingredient is grown in Ireland.

Ciaran Thornton and Tom Dowd, two lads from County Louth and County Longford, Ireland opened the first Irish cuisine focused restaurant in Southern California a year ago. As an island, Ireland has the best of what the sea and the land have to offer in terms of cuisine. Here at Thornton's Irish Pub & Chop House, we take our heritage very seriously, and it is with a tip of our hat to the auld country, that we use only the finest ingredients. All of our fine seafood dishes are artisan in nature using local fresh seafood. All of our steaks and chops are cut by hand, in house by our chef. All our fine gravies and sauces are made from scratch under the watchful eye of our saucier.
